I know Mondays are hard! Here’s a pretty ranunculus to start your day off pretty. Andrea + I went to the flower mart on Tuesday and this little beaut is still looking perfect!
We’re tying up some details for our next event in March which is going to blow your pants off! It’s going to be an epic vow renewal!
We’re loving the peachy pastels, watercolor, and even a bit of ombre effect so we created this sweet combo!

I love every detail about planning a wedding and I love it even more when I get to travel mixing cultural aspects of the destination we’re in. One of my favorite places is Cancun. In 2013 we had that epic wedding at ME by Melia and in 2014 we went back for the LOVE Mexico conference.
Here are a couple highlights of this event that took place at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya!
For the most part we were inside for the conference.
But every night we were dined with great food and awesome entertainment! This night we were at Barcelo Riviera Maya.
And on one of the last days they had the Colin Cowie collections out!

I’m always talking about my love for Cancun and Riviera Maya destination weddings but I was recently invited to lunch with some great Aspen hotels that gave me more info on this pretty, little mountain town. The awesome part of Aspen is that there are so many things for your guests to do while they’re there. Any destination that has a variety of attractions is a great place so your guests will never be bored. plus it’s a vacation for them too right?

Is there such thing as a perfect proposal? It depends on who you ask! The definition of a perfect proposal is going to vary from individual to individual–what is special and meaningful to one couple may mean nothing to the next and that’s perfectly okay. At the end of the day, we just want to know that our future husband put some thought into it, actually maybe a lot of thought.
For those not engaged yet, what are your thoughts on an intimate proposal versus a public one? Any preference?
